Tiffany Vantino has worked in the community development field for over 9 years. In her current role as a Program Director at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency, she oversees their home repair department where she manages complex housing rehabilitation projects for low-income households in Wayne County. She also worked as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Regrid. In this role, she worked on several tax foreclosure initiatives aimed at keeping people in their homes and provided technical assistance and education to Detroit residents and community groups.

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and riding her bike around Detroit.
